Meet A.J. Conley
I was a first responder for over 13 years before becoming a mental health counselor. I have extensive experience working with first responders, as well experience with individuals over the age of 18 from diverse backgrounds on concerns including PTSD, substance use disorder recovery, anger management, anxiety, depression, and attachment wounds.
Providing you with a safe space to relax
53 minute individual counseling sessions are held in-person in private office or through through a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform. Frequency of our sessions depends on your support needs and counseling goals.

The private office is conveniently located in Bow, Washington. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – I offer teletherapy.
